MEDC Announces Economic Development Partner of the Year Awards

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation honored Ann Arbor SPARK Vice President Tim Robinson and Greater Gratiot Development Inc. President Donald C. Schurr with its 2006 Economic Development Partner of the Year awards. The awards were announced by MEDC President and CEO James C. Epolito at the annual meeting of the Michigan Economic Developers Association in Detroit on August 18.

The MEDC’s annual Partner of the Year awards are given to economic developers who demonstrate job retention and attraction success and the ability to encourage collaboration and foster innovative partnerships.
